Yes. This is to help protect both the buyers and sellers. It also allows the site to notify both parties as to what they need to do next.

No. This site is completely free to everyone to buy or sell and will always be so. The only thing you have to pay is to the seller if you are buying their item.

Currently we are not displaying any banners. We hope to start advertising for local companies very soon, and when we do, it will be done in a new and innovative way. Do keep in mind that we will not advertise for any establishment that we don't feel is totally committed to their customers. This is why we will visit each establishment that we advertise for.
